Eugenia’s journey began over a decade ago, at a time when fintech was still defining its contours. With no ready-made playbooks to rely on, she learned to trust her intuition and turn uncertainty into opportunity. That experience shaped her belief that ambition must always be matched with discipline, and that leadership isn’t only about having a vision, but about creating the structure that brings it to life.
When she founded B2PRIME, Eugenia set out to build a company capable of standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the largest market players. Today, her leadership style is built on a blend of precision, purpose and persistence. As she puts it: “It is far more important to demonstrate through your work that professionalism and success have little to do with gender.”
