Today, at Drofa Comms, we celebrate Mother’s Day 2026 and honour every woman who makes fintech and finance what it is!

We are a company built by women, largely shaped by women, and driven by the belief that diverse teams move industries forward.

Many on our leadership team are mothers, as are many of our colleagues. They are exceptional professionals who carry the weight of their careers alongside the quiet, unceasing work of raising the next generation, often at the same time.

Valentina Drofa, our founder and CEO, marks this day with a few personal words, as a mother herself:

“Becoming a mother changed how I see my work, because it made everything feel more urgent. When I look at my daughter, I think about the world she is going to step into. About the rooms she will walk into, and whether she will feel she belongs there. That is, in fact, the whole point. Every company we work with, every story we help tell, every initiative we build — it is, in some way, an answer to that question.”

So, on this day, we want every woman to take a step back, breathe, and feel celebrated. Do it not just for what you build professionally, but for everything you hold together beyond it.
