International Women’s Day is an important moment for the team at Drofa Comms. As a company led by a female founder and supported by many women in its top management, this day is a reminder that we don’t move industries forward alone.

Real progress is built by diverse teams, differing ideas and perspectives, and the willingness to support each other along the way so that all may benefit.

Our work as a communications agency has given us the opportunity to collaborate with many remarkable professionals. Over the years, we have seen first-hand how women contribute to the growth of companies and the development of entire sectors. Their voices, expertise, creativity, and dedication play a crucial role in achieving real innovation.

At the same time, it is no secret that fields such as finance, crypto, and fintech have historically been male-dominated. Even today, female voices are still underrepresented, be it at conferences or in leadership positions. This is exactly why creating platforms that highlight women’s achievements remains so important.

One of the initiatives we are particularly proud of is Women Leading the Way, a project launched by Drofa Comms to spotlight female professionals across finance and tech through interviews, stories, and community engagement. The project’s goal is to highlight the journeys of women who are building successful careers and inspiring the next generation.

As our Founder and CEO, Valentina Drofa, often says: “Visibility matters. When women see others who have already walked the path, it becomes easier to imagine themselves there as well.”
