Effective Date: 19 October 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website drofa-ra.com (the “Site”), operated by DP Finance Comm Ltd t/a DrofaComms (company number 13523955), a company incorporated in England and Wales with its registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU (“we”, “us”, “the Company”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to your use of the Site itself and do not govern any separate engagement of our services, which is instead governed by a distinct signed services agreement or statement of work with the relevant client.
2. Site Content and Service Descriptions
The Site describes the Company’s services, which may include media relations, communications strategy, and other public relations services as described on the Site from time to time.
Service descriptions on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a binding commitment to provide any specific service, scope, or outcome.
Any actual engagement of our services is subject to a separate written agreement, which will set out the specific scope, fees, deliverables and terms applicable to that engagement, and which shall take precedence over any description on the Site in the event of any inconsistency.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, video and website design — is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws in the UK and internationally.
You may view, download and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
“DrofaComms” and associated logos are trade marks of the Company (or used under licence). You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
4. Client Portfolio and Case Studies
The Site may feature the names, logos, and descriptions of clients and projects the Company has worked with (“Case Study Content”).
Case Study Content is displayed where the Company has an appropriate contractual right, permission or other lawful basis to use the relevant content.
Inclusion of a client’s name, logo or project on the Site does not imply that the client endorses the Company’s services generally, beyond the specific engagement described.
If you are a featured client and wish to request the removal or amendment of Case Study Content, please contact us using the details in Section 17.
5. Media Coverage and Press Mentions
The Site may display the names, logos, or trade marks of third-party media outlets and publications (“Media Marks”) alongside links to articles, broadcasts, or other coverage in which the Company or its clients have been featured (“Press Mentions”).
Media Marks are the trade marks and/or copyrighted material of their respective owners. Their use on the Site is solely for the purpose of truthfully identifying and linking to genuine, existing Press Mentions, and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation between the Company and the relevant media outlet, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Press Mentions are presented as a factual record of coverage obtained and are accurate to the best of the Company’s knowledge as of the date of publication on the Site. The Company does not control third-party publications and cannot guarantee that linked content remains available, unchanged, or accessible over time.
If you are a representative of a media outlet featured on the Site and wish to request the removal or amendment of a Media Mark or Press Mention, please contact us using the details in Section 17, and we will address your request promptly.
6. Blog and Editorial Content
The Site may include blog posts, articles and commentary written by or on behalf of the Company, which may reference, summarise or link to third-party sources.
Where third-party material is referenced or used, the Company seeks to provide appropriate attribution and uses such material only where licensed, authorised or otherwise permitted by applicable law, including where an applicable copyright exception applies.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@drofa-ra.co.uk with details of the material and your rights, and we will investigate and respond, including removing or amending content where appropriate.
7. Acceptable Use

8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or content that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
9. International Use
The Company works with clients and partners internationally, including outside the United Kingdom. The Site is controlled and operated from the United Kingdom, and we make no representation that the Site, or any service described on it, is appropriate, legally permitted, or available in every jurisdiction from which it may be accessed.
