Leadership in finance takes more than vision — it takes the courage to build structure where none exists. That courage defines Eugenia Mykuliak, Founder and Executive Director at B2PRIME Group — a global multi-regulated financial services provider for institutional and professional clients.
At Drofa Comms, we had the chance to speak with Eugenia as part of our Women Leading the Way series. We explored how she built one of the most dynamic fintech companies in the institutional space and what drives her vision of leadership.
Eugenia’s journey began over a decade ago, at a time when fintech was still defining its contours. With no ready-made playbooks to rely on, she learned to trust her intuition and turn uncertainty into opportunity. That experience shaped her belief that discipline must always align with ambition. She says leadership isn’t only about having a vision, but about creating the structure that brings it to life.
When she founded B2PRIME, Eugenia set out to build a company capable of standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the largest market players. Today, she builds her leadership style on a blend of precision, purpose and persistence. As she puts it: “It is far more important to demonstrate through your work that professionalism and success have little to do with gender.”
In the interview, she speaks candidly about the deeper changes finance still needs. They are equitable parental leave, flexible structures, and mentorship programs that allow women to thrive without compromise. And her message to those just entering the industry is as direct as it is encouraging. “Don’t let the feeling of being outnumbered intimidate you. Leadership isn’t about fitting into an old mould — it’s about reshaping it to fit your own self.”
