Women Leading the Way Continues to Grow and Welcomes New Partnerships

Women Leading the Way initiatives is open to partnerships

Women Leading the Way, a flagship initiative by Drofa Comms, continues to grow and expand as a platform for women working in finance, fintech and Web3 to share their experience, ideas and perspectives.

The initiative was launched in 2024 with a publication featuring women from these industries. Since then, the project has expanded to include written interviews, a podcast, a professional community and a presence at industry events.

Through these formats, Women Leading the Way gives its guests room to talk about their work and the paths that brought them to where they are today. The conversations cover building businesses, leading teams, making difficult decisions and responding to changes in their industries.

They also offer an opportunity to share lessons that may help other professionals navigate similar challenges and consider new approaches to their work.

Partnership Opportunity

As Women Leading the Way keeps evolving, it is open to partnerships with companies, industry organisations, events and individuals that support or would like to start supporting female expertise and leadership.

Each partnership is an opportunity to exchange ideas and explore how we can give women more space to share their knowledge and experience.

The team has also prepared a media kit with more information about the project.
