Fintech companies that want to build long-term influence within their industry can rarely rely on media visibility alone. Reputation among senior decision-makers demands consistent communication, and in many cases, a dedicated platform is the most effective way to achieve it.
At Drofa Comms, we know how to turn communications into an actual business asset. That is exactly what we aimed to achieve by building a new platform with B2PRIME. We’ve documented the entire project in our new PR B2MEET Case Study, from the strategic thinking behind the platform to the business results it delivered.
Building B2MEET: A PR Platform Case Study
As B2PRIME expanded internationally, the company wanted to move beyond media coverage and single events. Rather than organising a standalone event, Drofa Comms conceived, developed and launched B2MEET from the ground up. From the initial concept and strategic positioning to execution and long-term development, our team was responsible for building the platform in its entirety.
We defined the platform’s positioning as “Intellectual Meetings for Industry Leaders,” developed its identity and messaging, created the event format, selected discussion topics, identified and secured speakers, curated the agenda, managed partnerships and coordinated every stage of delivery. Alongside the platform itself, we designed and executed a two-phase communications campaign to establish B2MEET as a recognised forum for senior executives across finance, fintech and capital markets.
Eventually, B2MEET evolved into an ongoing executive platform where industry leaders exchange perspectives on market developments, regulation and strategic challenges.
The first meeting centred on the macroeconomic and regulatory issues shaping global financial markets. Independent global economist Azad Zangana opened the programme with an analysis of macroeconomic volatility, interest rates, gold and hedging strategies, establishing the analytical tone that would become a defining characteristic of the series.
The Results This PR Platform Delivered
The campaign generated more than 110 media mentions across 55 Tier-1 publications, including Business Insider, Benzinga, and Finance Magnates, with an estimated 1.3 billion potential reach.
But more importantly, B2PRIME gained something that extends far beyond a successful PR campaign: an owned communications platform designed to support long-term executive visibility, thought leadership and relationships with senior decision-makers. Rather than relying solely on external media opportunities, the company now had its own forum for shaping industry conversations.
