Drofa Comms New Case Study: Executive Visibility for Female Leaders

Female executive visibility in finance — Drofa Comms case study cover

Senior leadership roles in finance are no longer rare for women, yet recognition in the industry’s media still is. Despite record numbers of women reaching executive positions, the voices Tier-1 financial publications actually quote remain overwhelmingly male.

Building female executive visibility in finance takes deliberate, long-term positioning rather than occasional press coverage.

Drofa Comms built exactly that kind of positioning for three women shaping finance, fintech, and digital assets.

How Can Female Executives Build Media Visibility?

Female executives can build lasting media visibility by turning their expertise into clear, relevant commentary, thought leadership, interviews, and speaking opportunities that journalists and industry audiences can return to over time.

That was the principle behind all three programmes.

Turning Individual Expertise into Recognised Authority

Three programmes, three different starting points:

  1. Eugenia Mykuliak, Founder & Executive Director of B2PRIME Group — was expanding internationally and needed to be seen as more than her company’s spokesperson. She required an authority on institutional liquidity and market infrastructure in her own right.
  2. Maryna Chernenko, Managing Director of Cayros Capital — stepped into a similar gap during a period when ESG and digital assets were reshaping investment management conversations.
  3. Valentina Drofa, Founder and CEO of Drofa Comms — applied the same strategy to herself through interviews, bylined articles and speaking engagements, eventually leading to the launch of Women Leading the Way, an initiative that grew directly out of the work.

What tied the three programmes together was the method our team used. We identified where each executive’s expertise carried genuine commercial weight, then shaping that expertise into stories journalists, investors, and business audiences would actually want to cover.

What Three Executive Visibility Programmes Delivered

Between them, the three programmes generated:

  • 160+ earned media placements
  • 6B+ estimated audience reach
  • 110+ thought leadership pieces
  • 15+ interviews

Coverage spanned publications including CNBC, Forbes, TechRadar, and more.

Numbers aside, each executive now holds something more durable than one wave of coverage: a public profile built to last beyond any single campaign.

For Drofa Comms, the work also produced a platform of its own. Women Leading the Way continues to bring more women in finance, fintech and digital assets into that same visibility.
