Latin America is one of the fastest-growing regions for fintech and crypto in the world, and it’s no surprise that almost every ambitious fintech company looks at it sooner or later.
At Drofa Comms, we are well aware of this prosperous market. Over the recent years, the agency has helped a number of fintech, financial, AI, and Web3 companies build visibility and trust in Brazil and Spanish-speaking Latin America. As we are proud of our results, we have put together three illustrative cases in the new LATAM PR Case Study, and here’s what it contains.
Three Fintech PR Campaigns in Latin America
Mercuryo’s Launch in Brazil
In 2021, international fintech platform Mercuryo entered the Brazilian market without a single media mention in the region. The absence of any media trace was a challenge, of course, but not for us. By the end of the campaign, we had accomplished nine media placements, including six in Tier 1 outlets, as well as two interviews with senior executives. The campaign achieved an estimated reach of 137 million.
Mercuryo’s Integration With PIX
In this PR campaign, the goal was to communicate Mercuryo’s integration with PIX, Brazil’s instant payment system, and explain its relevance to local users. The campaign generated 15 media placements, an estimated reach of nearly 20 million and an estimated media value of $172,000.
B2BROKER and B2BINPAY’s Regional Expansion
For B2BROKER and B2BINPAY, the main challenge was maintaining a consistent brand message across several LATAM markets. The campaign generated 123 media placements and an estimated reach of 464 million, with around 20 placements secured each month. This helped establish both companies as regular contributors to regional industry discussions.
More Regional PR Case Studies to Come
This is just the beginning of a series of our regional success stories. Very soon we will share new cases from other markets and industries.
In the meantime, discover in detail the LATAM PR Case Study and learn how to run fintech PR that works in many countries throughout Latin America at once.
